A cinematic event not to be missed!

Doors at 3pm and event starts promptly at 4pm

Along with other silent comedy extracts featuring Charlie Chaplin and Snub Pollard, Paul Merton (live and in person) will be introducing the truly hilarious Big Business – in his opinion the finest short comedy that Laurel and Hardy ever made. If you’re only familiar with Stan and Ollie‘s sound films then Big Business will be a real eye-opener.

We also screen Buster Keaton‘s masterpiece Sherlock Junior- which is packed with superb visual gags, death defying stunts and audacious cinematic trickery.

These films will feature live piano accompaniment by the brilliant Kirsty Newton who is thrilled to be appearing alongside such giants of the silver screen.
